Returns & Exchanges

The Science Museum of Minnesota Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original packaging if possible, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our museum warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
